It is important to get prenatal care when you are pregnant. Regular check-up’s are very important, and they should not be missed. As soon as one thinks they are pregnant they should schedule an appointment. It is important to eat, and to not skip meals. You should find yourself eating more calories. This will help the baby grow. It is important that the pregnant woman gets enough calcium, iron, folic acid, and fluids.

Before you exercise during pregnancy, it is important to check with your doctor and set up an exercise routine. When exercising you should not push yourself and be careful to not fall or injure yourself, because that could hurt the baby. Exercise can give the pregnant woman more energy and strength.
